S.S systemはスイスの駅に設置される彫刻のデザインシステムです。駅に設置される彫刻は待ち合わせ場所として機能し、その町の歴史や物語を来た人々に伝えます。日本の渋谷駅には有名な犬の銅像があり、待ち合わせの場所としての説明のしやすさ、分かりやすさから人々が待ち合わせする際、多くの人がその銅像の前で待ち合わせをしています。スイスの都市、州には異なる歴史、物語があります。多くの人が訪れる駅だからこそ、その町の特徴を伝えるべきだと考えました。
S.S system is a design system for sculptures installed at train stations in Switzerland. Sculptures installed at train stations function as meeting points and tell the history and stories of the town to visitors. Shibuya Station in Japan has a famous bronze statue of a dog, and many people meet in front of the statue because it is easy to explain and understand as a meeting place. Each city and canton in Switzerland has a different history and story. Because the station is visited by so many people, we thought it should convey the characteristics of the city.
